| Good morning Nicola, More than 40% of the training budget in the Netherlands is not used. A lot of budget is lost because there is an expiry date linked to it. Unused budget cannot be transferred to the next period. Such a shame! Do you still have training budget for this year? Make sure you use this well! You don't want to miss an opportunity to gain new knowledge. Find the course that suits your needs and submit your request for participation to your employer in time. With a course relevant to your work, which contains knowledge that you can share with your team, you contribute to your future and that of your company. Are you short on time to take a course this year, is your agenda full or is your team very busy?
